Authority to Reinvest Funds
1. Grant of Authority
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Client hereby grants Lvrch Capital Advisory the authority to, at its sole discretion, reinvest any profits or dividends earned on the User’s investments without requiring additional consent. This authority is granted with the understanding that the Company will only exercise this right when it deems reinvestment to be in the best interest of your financial goals and investment strategy.
2. Conditions for Reinvestment
Lvrch Capital Advisory may consider reinvesting funds under the following conditions, including but not limited to:

3. Client’s Best Interest

5. User’s Right to Opt-Out
The User retains the right to opt-out of this automatic reinvestment authority for future transactions at any time. To do so, the User must notify The Company in writing through the designated communication channels provided by the firm. Upon receipt of such notice, The Company will cease the practice of automatically reinvesting the User’s future profits without explicit consent.
However, it is important to note that any funds already reinvested under the automatic reinvestment plan will have to run their course according to the initial terms of the investment. The Company will confirm the cessation of automatic reinvestments for future profits to the User in writing, detailing the changes in policy. Should the User wish to withdraw from or cancel an already reinvested plan before its maturity, a fee may be applicable.
